Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Tensority, LLC operates Raadsr.ai. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our adult RAADS-R screening information, saved assessments, digital reports, accounts, and paid services.

1. Data we process

  • Identity and account data: guest-identity and session records; and, when you choose to create or use a formal account, name, email address, authentication-provider identifiers, account sessions, and security logs.
  • Screening data: assessment answers, scores, respondent details you choose to save, follow-up notes, and generated report content.
  • Transaction data: product, price, currency, order status, subscription status, and Stripe transaction references. We do not receive or store complete payment-card credentials.
  • Support data: messages and information you provide when asking about billing, privacy, security, or the service.
  • Measurement data: a random browser-session ID, campaign parameters, referrer host, page path, and limited journey events.

2. Sensitive screening information

Assessment answers and scores may reveal health-related information. We do not include answers, scores, names, account IDs, email addresses, report content, or individual page paths from screening, account, report, or payment pages in product analytics or advertising payloads. Google Analytics 4 records page views only on approved public content pages. It may also record the limited anonymous conversion events homepage view, test start, completion of all 80 assessment questions, purchase-button click, and verified USD $9.90, $35, or $88 payment completion; these events use the public homepage as their page location and contain no screening content or account identifier. The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may record an anonymous registration-completed event after a new account is actually created; it receives the site origin rather than the account-page path and no account or screening identifiers. Microsoft Clarity provides consented heatmaps and session recordings only on approved public content pages and is disabled on sensitive service surfaces.

3. How we use data

  • Provide authentication, saved assessments, reports, purchases, subscriptions, support, and account features you request.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
  • Generate a requested report through an AI service using the minimum screening context needed for that task. Direct account identifiers are not intentionally included in the report-generation prompt.
  • Measure product journeys and advertising results on approved public pages and after completed account registrations.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, storage, AI report generation, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer support. Stripe processes report-payment information and payment events under its privacy notice; the site does not ask you to choose another payment provider. Google receives GA4 product analytics from approved public page views and the limited anonymous conversion events described above. OpenAI receives the anonymous registration-completed advertising event described above when advertising measurement is allowed. Microsoft receives Clarity interaction data from approved public content pages when product analytics is enabled. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and measurement

Necessary storage supports authentication, security, saved preferences, and requested service functions. Optional product analytics and advertising measurement operate only for the disclosed purposes and according to your saved choices. You can use the “Turn off analytics and advertising measurement” control in the site footer to stop both categories immediately; we save that preference for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control locks advertising measurement off. See our Cookie and Storage Policy for details.

6. Retention

Anonymous measurement events are retained for up to 24 months. Account, assessment, report, transaction, and support records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain user-requested history, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You can also use the footer control to turn off product analytics and advertising measurement. Account deletion does not require us to erase records that must be retained for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, or other legal obligations.

8. Security and international processing

We use access controls, transport protection, data minimization, and separation of measurement data from screening content. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in other countries under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

9. Adults and medical limitations

The service is intended for adults and provides educational screening information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes to measurement purposes, categories, or vendors update this policy. Privacy questions or rights requests may be sent to the operator below.
