Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Raadsr.ai, operated by Tensority, LLC. By accessing the service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and service purpose

The service is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. It provides educational RAADS-R screening information, assessment tools, saved results, and optional digital reports. It is not a medical provider and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, or emergency services.

Do not rely on a score or generated report as a diagnosis. Discuss health concerns with a qualified professional. Contact local emergency services if you may be in immediate danger.

2. Accounts and screening data

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not submit another person's information unless you have their permission and a lawful basis to do so. You may not use the service to make employment, insurance, education, clinical, or other high-impact decisions about another person.

3. Digital products and delivery

Products may include one-time report packs, recurring subscriptions, lifetime plans, or usage credits. The checkout page describes the included quantity, price, billing currency, billing interval, and any stated validity period. A generated report is delivered electronically to the verified viewer identity associated with the completed assessment; creating or signing in to a formal account is not required before purchasing a report.

AI-generated reports can contain limitations or errors and must be read together with the service's screening notices. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to share a report.

4. Prices, payment, and subscriptions

  • Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added when required.
  • Report payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not offer an on-site payment-provider selector or scan-to-pay page, and we do not store complete card credentials.
  • A recurring plan renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. The renewal price is the price disclosed at purchase unless a lawful advance notice states otherwise.
  • You may cancel renewal at any time through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Credits and report allowances have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire only when the checkout description or plan terms state an expiry.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility, request timing, digital-delivery rules, and subscription cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Acceptable use

You must not break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass access or payment controls, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, automate abusive traffic, resell the service without authorization, or use screening results to discriminate or cause harm.

7. Intellectual property

The service software, branding, layout, and original materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use purchased reports and service output for lawful purposes. You retain rights in information you submit and grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure, and provide the requested service.

8. Availability and suspension

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unpaid charges, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy the issue.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for diagnosis or a particular outcome. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. The laws applicable to the operator and your non-waivable consumer rights govern these Terms; no specific jurisdiction is selected until the operator publishes one.
